Our flavorful blend of spices and ingredients used to season meat, typically chicken, before grilling or cooking. It can also be used to marinate fish, tofu, paneer or vegetables.
It includes a combination of spices like kashmiri chilli powder, turmeric, garam masala, and cumin, along with other ingredients like ginger and garlic. All you need to add is yogurt, lemon juice, and oil. The marinade helps to infuse the meat with flavor and tenderize it, resulting in a flavourful and succulent dish.
Tikka Marinade
Use 1 heaped teaspoon (approx 7g) of spice mix per 100g of meat, fish or veg.
For every 100g chicken, meat, fish or veg, mix with:
1 tsp (heaped) marinade spice mix
1 tbsp yogurt
1 tbsp lemon juice
a small amount of oil
After mixing, leave to marinate for at least 30 minutes (up to 24 hours).
Once marinated barbecue, grill, bake, fry or air fry until the food is thoroughly cooked (slightly charred is great).
